BrickAssist is committed to protecting the privacy of its users. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information when you use the BrickAssist application and website.
1. Data We Collect
When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, and login credentials. You may optionally provide your language preference, country, and zip code to improve your experience. We also store the LEGO brick inventory data you enter in the application.
We do not collect any sensitive personal data such as health information, financial data, or government identifiers.
2. How We Use Your Data
Your data is used solely to create and manage your account, provide the BrickAssist services, and improve the application. It is never sold, rented, or shared with third parties for marketing or advertising purposes.
3. Data Storage
All user data is stored on servers hosted by OVH, a company based in France (2 Rue Kellermann, 59100 Roubaix). Your data never leaves the European Union.
4. Data Retention
We retain your data only for as long as necessary to provide the service. When you delete your account, your personal data is permanently removed from our systems. You can do this directly from within the app, or by contacting us at contact@brickassist.com.
5. Data Security
We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data against unauthorized access, alteration, or destruction, including encrypted data transmission (HTTPS) and access controls on our servers.
6. Your Rights

7. Cookies
The BrickAssist website does not use tracking or advertising cookies.
